I want to share my unexpectedly great experience at this restaurant. We came specifically for tacos and originally ordered three different types, but the taste of each bite was so unique and mind blowing that we couldn’t allow ourselves to leave without ordering two extra portions. Big BRAVO to the kitchen staff! All the waiters were super friendly and helpful, and the only thing better than the food was the stunning and beautiful laugh of one waiter who was working there for the very first day I wish the Rosario Cocina Mexicana Team all the best! Went for tacos with my friends — the menu is almost fully gluten-free, which was perfect for one of us. The food looked amazing and tasted just as good. Super friendly staff and a lovely experience overall!
Always lovely food and service — our server greeted us excitedly as she knew how to say my name (a rarity!) and all the team made us feel welcome. We shared a few dishes and had the cocktail special, a sour cherry margarita, would recommend.
Wow, what a beautiful, delicate & delicious Mexican cuisine. The respect to each ingrediënt, the flavour range - absolutely wow. Service was great, we've tried 5 dishes and dessert. The seabas was the winner, but all was delicious.

Tinny little gem in Amsterdam. I love that it is a small menu but everything in it is super authentic. It is very difficult for us Mexicans to find good Mexican food when living abroad and this is a great place. The tacos de suadero are like biting a taco from Mexico City. The aguachile was amazing, the chilaquiles were very nice. I would only recommend to add a hit more flavor to the margarita. It is a great place, the staff is really friendly.
Really nice and intimate Mexican restaurant. They do small plates and recommend sharing - about 6 dishes between 2 people. My friends and I enjoyed 3 different types of tacos, their ceviche and the enchiladas. The food was flavourful and well balanced, but I think the menu is slightly overpriced for the quantity and content of the meal. Good service.

We opted for the 6-course chef’s menu and were taken on an exciting journey through the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine. One of our party is a pescatarian, and the staff seamlessly accommodated her preferences without any issue, ensuring everyone could fully enjoy the meal. The food was delicious, the drinks were spot-on, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the entire evening even more enjoyable. One small detail to note: if you need to use the restroom, the hallway leading there is noticeably narrow. It’s worth being aware of, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. In short, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I’d definitely come again. Highly recommended!
